She was not conscious and literally couldn’t consent in the moment no matter what, marriage doesn’t mean consenting to being used for sexual pleasure at any point (unless there’s a situation where the couple communicated and mutually agreed on it but that’s CLEARLY not the case here and not the point), especially since OP had rejected the idea before all of this happened when the husband started “joking” about it. People are overlooking the fact that the OP automatically believed her husband graped her instead of trusting that he wasn’t that kind of person and maybe she was just off in her calculations. I genuinely don’t believe he actually did anything to her. I believe either Op is trying to control the narrative or the OP’s husband is really petty and wanted to hurt her back.

They're both pretty awful people. Accusing him of r-pe instantly, based on nothing but a very unreliable estimation of the age of the fetus, is disgusting, and he is disgusting for penetrating her with his fingers while she was knocked out by her meds. Both transgressions are instant dealbreakers.

So... two things: the wife is allowed to falsely accuse a husband of rape? That stuff sends innocent men to years and years of prison and ruins the rest of their lives. Second: if touching while asleep is wrong, then don't sleep next to each other, because my wife has touched me in my sleep, both while she was asleep and awake, and I touched her, both while asleep and awake. Heck, it even happened that we both simultaneously woke up while we were smashing.

But still the thing that killed their marriage is that she never trusted her husband. My wife and I don't mind touching each other, because we trust each other. We know we don't do that to each other with ill intentions.
