Explanations:
Not much to actually explain. Polnareff crouch cancels s.A four times during the combo. The first allows him to link c.C, the next two to walk forward and land another jab and the last to link s.C.
When using either super, Chariot appears at a spot relative to Polnareff. By canceling s.C into super on the exact frame it hits (before pushback kicks in), Chariot stays closer to Vanilla Ice, even as Polnareff slides away.
