I love how the chicken runs through the background. Thank you for the video! The best food I ate in Morocco was Lemon Chicken Tajine with Olives and traditional made Salt-Lemons. I really need to revisit Morocco again next year!

Good to see, one of the holes in my research was food, by the way what was the orange thingie in a glass? And the snacks toward the end, some of them got overlooked or glossed over. Please advise, and shukran for the video!

46 year s ago I had dreams of traveling the world and tasting the local food. Unfortunately, life got in the way, and at 68 my body is shot. Perhaps because I've been a gourmet cook for 56 years I can duplicate some of these recipes. My husband and I left our home in the Chicagoland area 29 years ago, but we still miss the abundance of ethnic food we enjoyed there. Thanks for sharing!
