Forget Revenge, Let God Avenge - Daily Devotion

Deuteronomy 32:35
They say revenge is a dish best served cold. Perhaps it’s not meant to be served at all. When we are wrong, our human nature can drive us towards an anger-filled response. But that’s not what God wants us to do. The Bible teaches us that God will avenge, but His strategies are different than ours. Amen 🙏🏼 I was recently robbed at gun point twice by the same gang, and afterwards I had this evil feeling to take revenge, but the Holy Spirit kept me in check. So I had faith, especially after reading Romans 12:19. Soon, the same gang was involved in a shooting with the police, one of the suspects was killed, and the other two facing up to life in prison.
