My only complaint is that one should not be required to register an account to get the gimbal to work. I really almost returned it for that reason. One should be able to use it out the box.

I own the iSteady mobile v1. With it I can use my extension pole to do a crane shot while keeping the image perfectly horizontal from top of the shot all the way the ground. The gimble keeps the phone perfectly horizontal. Is this possible with V2?

Why does Hohem require me login to an app and give Hohem access to my phone with all my personal information? There is NO REASON why an app like this should require a login or any connection to the Internet at all to use. I do NOT want Hohem or any company to know where I am and when I am using my gimbal. There is simply no need for it other than to steal my personal information. So again I ask why?

I purchased the X2. I'm using it with Samsung Note 20 ultra. The focus adjustment F function does not work. Only zoom Z works.
The camera gets unresponsive at times. Need to close and open again.

Awful support in Russia. Ai sensor doesnt work. Nobody in Hohem didnt help. Sent to seller. Seller is not a garantee service.
