To the people saying it wasn't Olivia's fault: Olivia's dad engaged in hate tweets. One of Olivia's close friends slutshamed her while Olivia just benefitted from the drama and didn't clear up anything. So yeah she deserves to be called out.

I’m not saying Olivia was obligated to say something (it’s a free country, you can let the world around you burn if you want), but she was literally the only one who could’ve! No one would’ve believed Sabrina or Josh if they said they were innocent. Olivia knew that Josh didn’t cheat on her. If anything, he did what we all say should be done. He realized that he was catching feelings for Sabrina and he made a swift exit from Olivia to pursue them. That was the mature thing to do in that situation. Olivia was, rightfully so, heartbroken and so she wrote a song about it. Nothing wrong with that on its own! But she knew what she was implying and she never clarified. Fans were ultimately the problem, but Olivia lighted that fire and did nothing to contain it. Sabrina didn’t deserve that treatment just because some guy fell for her and left his girlfriend.
