How are easements created?

As a lecturer in land law, one of the most common complaints I hear is that land is too complicated and that there is too much to it. The aim of these videos is to provide a quick and simple explanation of difficult land law concepts.

so the 4 ways you can create an easement are through 1. express grant or reservation 2. Implied grant or reservation 3. wheeldon v burrow and 4. s.62?

Daniel has had an easement (private road) he and neighbors have used for over 3 years wich is safest and fastest way to a main road..and which according to our local ex and recent commissioner has been open to the public for over 100 years... Richard buys land around this easement and decides to close it off with a gate (which commissioner claims shouldn't be there but "sorry i cant do nothing about it") the other easment available is an obstacle course Multimillionaire Richard has created with concrete boulders and demolition equipment...preventing from bringing in material, Ambulances, FIRE DEPARTMENT or any other heavy machinery did i mention it prevents AMBULANCES from reaching the houses on the property (keep in mind theres 3 other families living out around Daniel who have seeked advice with our local law enforcement) multimillionaire Richard has created a nuisance wich our local commissioner seems to over look $$$
