EPIC Hyperlapse Compilation [8K] — Nashville, Tennesse By Drone

WHAT IS THIS VIDEO? / WHAT IS HYPERLAPSE?

This video is a compilation of highlights of some of the 600+ drone hyperlapses that I captured and compiled from April 2023 to January 2024 with my DJI Mavic 3 Classic.

A "hyperlapse" is simply a moving timelapse and is created by taking long-exposure photos at regular intervals (in my case, every 2 seconds.) The photos are later edited and combined into a video manually.

They are quite time-consuming to create and edit, however, I fell in love with the art of hyperlapse ever since I got my first drone, the DJI Mini 3 Pro back in May of 2022 to better document my travels in Spain on the Camino Francés de Santiago.

I also do traditional videography and still photography with my drone along with hyperlapse work and I'm eager to broaden the scope of collaborations that I do. My purpose in my visual work is to inspire and uplift people through documenting and highlighting the beauty of our world that is all around us from new perspectives we rarely see.

So far, I have done work for development companies, feed & seed stores, construction companies, apartment & townhomes, individuals for music videos, restaurants, and more.

Hyperlapse is a technique for time-lapse photography in which the location of the camera and the zoom level changes after each exposure. This results in a time-lapse with an added smooth spatial movement or flight. I google it. LOL! This is fantastic.

Great video. Word of caution, don’t fly near the TVA and US Army Corps of Engineers dams. That can land you in hot water as it’s illegal to do so.
