One thing I recently learned is that some heels are just too high to walk in for my ankles and it has nothing to do with my technique. I can walk perfectly fine in low heels. If you can’t get higher up on your tippy toes while wearing a pair of heels, the heels are too high for you. Something to keep in mind. I’m currently training my feet like a ballerina to get my ankles over my toes and I already see a big improvement.

I went to a Grease fancy dress party with my boyfriend. Part of the dress rules was that you had to go as the opposite sex. Oh boy did I glam up my BF, even got him in 5.5" heels. I was sooo 😡 not only did his legs look fantastic but he learnt to walk in the heels so quickly. Less than a week and he was out pacing me and with a sexy wiggle. 😡 Even dancing the night away as if he was dancing on air 😡 He got 2nd prize for best Olivia Newton John and I got nowhere as John Travolta. They did make a new category and give me a consolation prize of best trouser sock😂 if you know what I mean. Now he just keeps on about how easy it is to walk and dance in heels all night long and how we're a bunch of cry babies moaning about foot aches.
But despite that he's a great sport for taking part, didn't give a rats arse who saw him on the way there and back.
