In my humble opinion along with some experience, ASIC mining is not worth it ladies and gentlemen. I shut down and unplugged my Futurebit Apollo batch 3 full Litecoin node today because I never saw more than $10 US dollars worth of Litecoin over a 60 day period and I'm only paying $.02 cents per KwH. I can understand putting a limit on the number of blocks mined per year but why cut the reward block in half on a permanent basis? It makes no sense to me why you would want to cut the reward block in half on a permanent basis.
