I remember the first time I saw him was when he was on Keep Running. But many people did not like him and left a lot of bad comments. Because he came in as a newcomer and the original audience couldn't accept him. Of course, there is another important reason, many people think he is overconfident, our culture has always favored the quality of modesty. I think a lot of people misunderstand him. He often says things like "I am the best" and "I will do a good job", which is just encouraging himself, not arrogant. he borned in Hong Kong, his native language is Cantonese, and Korean and Mandarin are not his most comfortable languages.He entered SM at the age of 16 and went from a complete no-singer and no-dancer to an idol in less than three years. And he learned Korean and Mandarin during the time. You can imagine how difficult this is. He was always confident and happy, like someone who could not be hurt, people would make fun of him and laugh at his accent, but he would never get angry and always smiling.I really think he deserves better.
