Its not cheap. They don't weigh their gold coins by oz but by grams, 30grams is just 1 gram short of 1 oz which is why the retail price seems cheaper

As a coin collector I found that my collection of Chinese gold panda coins are of the highest quality.

They (China) buy a lot (of gold) and sell very little.
Canada doen't seem to want its gold.
It would seem that Canada would rather have Chinese paper and landlords.
I would love to be the broker who gets laughed by the Canadians,
for being paid in real gold coins, bars and mining stocks, just to handle these transactions!
