Israeli forces transfer Palestinian prisoners ahead of the planned release in exchange. Prisoners were exchanged from the Damon prison to the West Bank prison of Ofer. Palestinian prisoners will be exchanged for the liberation of Israeli hostages held captive by Hamas.
