AEEU's Webinar in English entitled “Technological innovations for the agroecological transition” was held on Thursday 27th of May 2021, through live streaming on the Facebook page of AEEU
The webinar was organised by Dr. Vassilis Gkisakis, Agronomist, and the participation of experts on novel and traditional technologies, namely Diego Guidotti, Emanuele Ranieri and Alekos Pantazis. Aspects of hi-tech and low-tech innovations were described exploring their compatibility with the agroecological principles and framework. A multitude of related technologies was presented by the speakers followed by a roundtable discussion on the issue.
A number of fifteen to twenty participants was held constant throughout the webinar, while in total two hundred interactions (including views) were made during the whole time.
