Tatum O’Neal Honors Dad Ryan O’Neal in HEARTBREAKING Tribute

Ryan O’Neal’s daughter Tatum shared a heartbreaking tribute to him after his passing. The two were estranged for decades but had patched up their rocky relationship in his later years. Ryan was surrounded by his loved ones when he passed away at 82, reportedly in the same hospital and same room as the love of his life Farrah Fawcett, who died in 2009. No cause of death was given, but Ryan had been in failing health over the last few years.

Tatum O’neal I read her book A Paper Life. A lovely girl and a lovely loving person. Despite her dysfunctional chaotic childhood, Tatum was still capable of so much love. I want her to know she has broken the family curse through her own children with love that she had in her, for her narcissistic father, her brother Griffin who she constantly tried to protect and the love she had for her husband John McEnroe and their children. Tatum received no love from anyone until her children arrived. Tatum tried so hard to be a good wife and mother and she definitely was but she couldn’t do it on her own, it takes two. For a child to be the youngest academy award winner, her life should have been celebrated by proud parents. Tatum loved them despite their flaws. Most children would have run for the hills. Tatum never gave up on her parents she had so much love for them even though they let her down time and time again. Farrah Fawcett never stood a chance with Ryan. She probably would be still alive if she remained with Lee Majors. Ryan O’neal was not capable of loving any women. He captured beautiful women and ruin them even his own beautiful daughter Tatum. Ryan took no responsibility for his behaviour at all, he blamed his bad life on his own kids who he should have protected. I wish Tatum and her brother Griffin all the best. As for Redman, poor guy he had no chance. Redman’s life speaks for itself. Ryan failed all his children miserably. My heart goes out to them.

Personally I don't think much of Ryan. He was abusive and violent in his past. He was a jerk. He got his kids hooked on drugs. RIP anyway

I'm sorry, I dont believe a man that physically abused his children & his wives is in heaven. Not unless he did a lot of begging for forgiveness & a lifetime of good deeds to make up for all the torment & hell he put his own children through during their childhood.

If you really think about it doesn't show Farrah as having good character by being with a man that has physically abused his children during their childhood, had his own 10 year old daughter sleeping in his bed with him, even when women would come over. Makes you wonder how he treated Farrah & why would she be with someone so horrible to his own children. He was known for having severe anger issues his entire life.

His love for Farrah was messed up, he hit on a person at her casket, little did he know it was his daughter. Tatum must have dyed her hair, how could he not know it was her. If I was them, I would have never told that story to the world. I hope he made peace with Griffin as well.
