Here’s what a real Linux distribution needs to be to be worth looking at.

Out of the box this should be enabled as default:

SELinux
Immutability
EXT4
Runtime LUKS 2

That should be configurable at install, otherwise it’s just another, “look at me!” Distribution of what’s already available elsewhere.

To be even more worthy, it needs to have baseline DNS Cryptography, preferably Elliptical Curve, as well as some form of IDS.

This should’ve been the standard on the out of the box stuff, if you want to call it Linux.

If not, then is it really worth it?
