I did that shit when I was young playing football on the st and I slipped on a oil slick in the st and I did a split like her and it hurt like hell cause I stretched my thigh muscles and knee ligaments hard and I was in pain for like 5 to 10 mins but once it stopped hurting I was fine but I was sore for a few days after that.
