Aliens: Fireteam Elite’s today introduces an all-new game mode with the release of Season 2: Point Defense

Cold Iron Studios and Focus Entertainment are proud to announce that Season 2 of Aliens: Fireteam Elite is now available for all players across Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4 and Steam™.

Season 2 includes free items for all players, including a new mode called Point Defense. This fast-paced alternative to Horde Mode, will challenge players in a new survival-based defensive match where your fireteam must protect, repair, and hold 3 different strategic points through multiple attack waves from the Xenomorph hive. Players may buy temporary consumables to even the odds by utilizing Fabrication Points earned during the mode and can unlock up to 20 new rewards by completing the mode at various difficulties.

I've played this mode its amazing and quite difficult even on standard. wonder what the new kit in season 3 will be.

Also for godsake clean up the framerate on PlayStation. Still can't play anything Extreme + in Co-op as the screen freezes and frame drops just take over. Recon PUPS is still 100% Guarantee Framerate killer.

Playing it on gamepass. There are some details like characters aces not animated during dialogue that could be improved, the core gameplay is quite fun though. It is actually better than back 4 blood

Haven't played for long, but enjoy the game so far. If you do a future update, can you please add an option to at least customize the loadouts of the single player bots? My internet is basically non-existent and it'd be nice to be able to complete some higher level difficulty levels with bots.

in the last update of the vampyr game there was an error in the Brazilian Portuguese translation that is no longer working. They have already been warned several times and so far there has been no such correction

Bored of this game now. Mates and I loved this at the star but it quickly became very repetitive and linear. Needed some new campaigns to keep interest, unfortunately this mode won’t bring us back in…shame :-(
