Inside Out will always be close to my heart. Now watching it as an adult hits even harder and especially when you're a psychology student you understand all the meanings behind every decision and every move the characters make. It shows how Sadness is one of the most important emotions one can have and that it's okay to be sad which really touched me.

Here's a suggestion: Pixar/Disney should release toy story 5 in 2025 to celebrate and concide with the 30th anniversary of the first movie. Additionally I'm also turning 30 that same year.

Hey there again Skye. Thanks so much for this news. I'm anticipated both elio and inside out 2 but still skeptical and uncertain about toy story 5 because in my opinion I think a fifth movie is unecessary and unacceptable.

In the case of Toy Story 5, I don't know what they're going to do with the Potato Heads as their respective voices Don Rickles and Estelle Harris are both dead now. One guess is they might recast them with similar sounding voices, or another would be to write them out of the movie by explaining that Bonnie might have given them away to someone else. What do you think is a possibility, Skye?

I’m hoping future Pixar movies will have more female protagonists, actually real villains, balances both “good vs evil” and internal conflicts, possible non-binary and other gender nonconforming characters (especially protagonists) and bring back villain deaths once in a while

They are walking a very thin line with Toy Story 5, if it's good that in itself would be a pleasant surprise we never asked for, but there are just so many ways they can mess it up. Also not sure how I feel about the new emotions in Inside Out 2, the reason they chose 5 emotions is because all the other emotions can be created from a combination of those 5 (even surprise is just an unexpected surge of one of those emotions), I mean obviously emotions grow more complex with age, but if they split into more emotions, how come we only ever saw those five in each of her parent's minds too? I'm just not sue how that's going to work (and the fact that Mindy Kailing is not doing this and instead doing Velma season 2? Don't get me started).
