I lived in Worthing for 2 years from 2017 to 2019 and before moving I was told there is nothing in Worthing. When I did live there I loved it and it grew on me. I'm visiting Worthing to meet friends this Christmas and can't wait to get back to the place where I've had lots of lovely memories. Thanks John for covering Worthing.

I'm from Portsmouth, along the coast and Worthing is one of my favourite places to visit. I just love the pier and the Art Deco buildings in the town. Thanks for a great watch John.

Well you said it was bracing John - certainly looked it!!
Worthing used to be known (locally at least) as gods waiting room, due to the older population, but is certainly younger now, due to people not being able to afford the prices of Brighton further along the coast.

I like the fact that you visited Worthing on the cusp of Winter on a cold, overcast day. That added an interesting element to the ambience. Cheers.

You make Worthing seem way less boring than how I feel living here my whole life lol

Great video was wondering if you'd bump into a bald explorer while you were there but not this time great to learn more about Jane Austen

I always remember a postcard I saw years ago: The weather is here, wish you were beautiful.

I was the last person to interview Harold Pinter and Eartha Kitt on video at separate events before they died. Weirdly they died within 24 hours of each other.

My partner and I are seriously thinking of moving to Worthing so this was especially interesting to see more around the town!

Travis so knowledgeable. Love this different spin.

There is something delightfully hypothetical about seaside resorts off season. The capricious shops are boarded up awaiting the return the next wave of tourists the necessities for survival as a town remain. No one needs a t-shirt in winter anyway.

Well I must say the people of Worthing were very often successful in getting their way. Very interesting video John and Travis. Thanks for the walkabout.

Fascinating walkabout John; many thanks to Travis and your good self for your superb efforts. Worthing truly does appear to have retained quite a lot of its Old-world charm - may that long continue to be the case! 👍🏻

Excellent video John and Travis. I do love Worthing, very sad to see the glorious old Debenhams building empty.
Also Macari's is sadly no longer there.
Look forward to your next video John
👍🏻👍🏻😁🎁🎄
