My grandmother has dementia, and when I was taking care of her -- peaches and cottage cheese was one of our favorite snacks. She'd always perk up, when I'd ask her if she wanted some peaches. Even if she said she wasn't hungry, and didn't want anything -- I could always get her to each peaches and cottage cheese.

Okay 👍 My mother used Lime Jello, diced pears, Drained crushed Pineapple, Cottage Cheese and a heaping spoonful of sour cream.
Sometimes she would put some small marshmallows in with it.
There is a lot you can do with the fruit, Cottage cheese, cool whip combo. Even honey Graham crackers.
Try strawberries- go for it! ❤😊

We've made that for 40yrs in our family. We call it "Orange Fluff"! You should add canned pineapple to it with the mandarin oranges. ALWAYS drain the juices before adding! I like the crushed pineapple (not chunks), but you can do either.

Cottage cheese and Kool Whip go together with any kind of fruit. I make mine with peaches.❤️

I like using the pudding instead of Jello, my fav is cut up fresh strawberries & blueberries, with cottage cheese, vanilla pudding & coolwhip. super yummy!

Momma and Josh are the best. Im there neighbors and Josh gave my grandson some moon fluff. It was surprisingly delicious. I was honestly worried at first, but it all panned out. Good job momma and Thank You Josh.

I bet it would be much better, if you blended up the cottage cheese, first; and then you added the fruit, some mini-marshmallows, chopped pecans or walnuts, and maybe even some shaved coconut -- with, of course, the Cool Whip (if you blend some heavy cream, a pack of gelatin, vanilla extract and powdered sugar [or in my case, liquid stevia] -- you can make your own Cool Whip, at home).

I grew up my family made “the pink stuff” very similar but I don’t think there was cottage cheese. Sometimes mini marshmallows & lots of other fruits mixed in!!

I make this but I also add in crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows, you got to put it in the fridge overnight for it to be really good
