We're kicking off season 6 with our brother, Ezekiel Azonwu. Listen in as Ezekiel and Preston give us a sneak peek of what to expect on their upcoming We Need To Talk Tour. Culture discourages men from being in community, and many men are confused about their call and spiritual giftedness. But guys are crying out for discipleship and voices in close proximity to them that will build them up. Let’s talk about it.

Don’t treat that man how culture tells you he is, but treat him how God says he is👏🏾🗣️ A WORD!
This was sooo good!

This is what my husband said: "I don't think it's as possible for a lot of male preachers to speak to the problems of men, because most male preacher's aren't conditioned to speak to their own problems. So I suspect it's easier for them to cater their messages to women."

WORD.

“Men that have been broken want to deal with the type of broken women that don’t challenge their own brokenness but rather caters to their brokenness in a way that makes them feel superior or allows them to avoid or escape what they need to do to step up as a leader.”

I’ve encountered this So Much!! That Really spoke to me!!! Thank u for this! So many gems!

As a senior 70+, it's encouraging to see young people like these using their knowledge of the culture to uplift others. A wonderful gift from the Father ~~

I am a single woman that felt trapped by genders wars and negative stereotypes to the point I felt like the dating pool was a waste land and there was no point trying.

Then I quit social media 😂

Men are complex, but simple. Beautifully created by God. Ive been guilty of putting men in a box because they're so strong and often times silent in their actions. Whew. Love this podcast.

21:13 whew you said that! When we joined the church, our Pastor recruited my husband to be on the media team and he’s been consistently going to church for 3 years never missing a Sunday unless we were on vacation or had family in town. He goes more than I do 😂he’ll be on 4 hours of sleep on two wheels at church on time ❤ we’re blessed to have a church where the men have a heavy presence in the church and our very involved. Their men’s ministry is 🔥

This conversation is overdue and did NOT disappoint!

While I deeply desire marriage, I am so grateful that I’m single at the moment and trusting God for a man who is healthy, healing, whole, and who has a healthy and godly perspective on men, women, sex, marriage, and relationships.

There’s so much brokenness and division in the world, the culture, and the church because of the enemy, and I’m so glad we are trying to be part of the solution and not add to the problem!

Pride is the issue. The women are prideful, the men are prideful and all down to the pastors are prideful. It is rare to see someone who wants to learn, who wants discipleship.

I watched this video with my sister bc we were both cleaning around the house and realized we were watching the same video in our head phones. We watched the video together on the tv, talked for hours… and got very little done b4 our mom came home. 😅 Such a NEED conversation, so much to take away from it, even for woman.

I don’t think y’all know how much I needed this. I’m 18, just started my first relationship, and I’m so lost, because my parents are the prime example of a broken man who married a maid. I have these intimate questions with no example in my life of a Godly relationship and what it entails. Yes it’s important to remain celibacy, everyone knows that, but like you said, the potential of a relationship isn’t just physical or if you find them attractive and look at that, they’re Christian. What does a Godly relationship look like emotionally? In practice? It’s not just praying together, though important. Would you be FRIENDS with this person. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
