Recreating the Coffee Jelly from Saiki K #shorts

Recipe
- 2 cups brewed coffee
- 1.5 tsp agar agar or gelatin
- sugar to taste

Add agar agar and sugar to warm coffee. Bring to a light simmer and let go for 2-3 minutes. Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for 2-3 hours

Whipped cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whip until stiff
