Lovely as always. I was surprised to learn that light blue was conducive to sleep. Is that because it evokes a spa feel? I’m getting ready to design my own bedroom and have made note of many Suggestions portrayed your video. Some of these suggestions I am familiar with others I’ve never heard of. Excellent video!! I really enjoyed it!! Thanks so very much!! As for a weighted blanket, at first when I get into bed, I seem to need a weighted throw blanket on top of the "light as a feather" down duvet that's on the bed. Although I don't care to use a weigted blanket, but I need it at first because it's like a sense of security for me. I do seem to always move it off at some point during the night because that weighted throw is always on the floor when I wake up. Looking so forward to your next video!
