I think what you are talking about here is constructor functions not factory functions .. factory function returns object literal explicitly and have no inheritance ability.

Even though it is a topic that is not exactly relevant to me at the moment, the explanation by Steve is again right up there. I have followed the React Series 2021 and with the first 5-6 episodes only I have been able to feel very confident with working around. A lot of practically good advice there.
Your lectures are really helpful when I have to refresh my foggy memory about something that is deeply confusing.
