Ingredients:
- 180 grams egg whites
- 360 grams granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 60 grams powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup strawberry confiture

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 90°C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Make Meringue:
In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, and continue to beat until stiff, glossy peaks form. Gently fold in the cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
