I absolutely love my 21" Vevor so much I threw my Blackstone E series in the trash. I did not season mine. I treat it like a restaurant griddle. It makes an incredible smash burger. Nice review.

Hey Kevin!

I'm about to swap out my 22" E-series Blackstone for an actual stainless model, and was literally about to pull the trigger on the Vevor 22" one and I noticed that there is a 3000 watt 22" Dyna-Living model (which LITERALLY looks exactly the same as this one, only it doesn't need a dedicated outlet to run the 3000 watts). I guess, my question, based on how this one has performed (and assuming you never had any electrical challenges with so much draw on the outlet) would you prefer 3000 watts over the 1600 watt Vevor? I'm certain the extra wattage means much hotter temps quicker as well as maintaining temps when food is placed on it.
