The Strongest Play is Asking for Help” is an Intermountain Health campaign initiative and event series in partnership with The Defensive Line. “The Strongest Play is Asking for Help,” aims to reach audiences of all ages by having meaningful panel discussions by athletes, mental health influencers, and mental health professionals in addition to educating and sharing mental health resources. Intermountain Health hosted a mental health panel including current and former NFL players, Solomon Thomas, Darren Waller, Alec Ingold, Brandon Bolden, Carl Nassib, and Marcus Smith.
