I'd like to add: asking a girl to marry you or suddenly appearing to be desperately interested in setting up a date on social media when she barely even knows you, just because she posted a really attractive photo of herself = simping.

Just being there for her and just listening to her vent is good. The other things are correct. Paying for her and doing all those unnecessary things is certainly simping. But being there for her when it’s really really important, that’s what will make her value you more. Don’t always go and listen to her but when you know it’s really really important like a death of a loved one or she got fired from her job or anything life changing, boy you gotta be there for her and just listen to her vent. I mean it’s worked for me at least.
