Speaking to ET NOW, Mahesh Nandurkar, Head of Research & MD, Jefferies says we may see some earning cuts. He believes the recent volatility was driven by energy prices and India is still trading above historical averages. He thinks that Fed action has not yet been priced in. He says FIIs are selling India as the market is looking very expensive as compared to EMs. The liquidity offered by domestic investors offsetting the FII selling and markets have held up because of the liquidity of domestic investors, he adds.
