I love how Roblox is progressively making their platform more and more predatory with each update. I was just barely quitting Roblox and this update surtely didnt help. Oh well, atleast I enjoyed some of the old Roblox.

I feel like a system like Patreon would be great if players who truly support a game could donate money and in term get stuff like beta features, sneak peaks, and help out a usually single developer reach their goal. This however is not how you go about it.

In my opinion, the subscriptions should only be allowed as a form of donation and require an extensive verification to be approved. That way devs could make some money from the supportive community and this would avoid scams and prodatory microtransations because it would be clear that it is donations only.

The worse kind of payment is where you can join the game freely but you'll get stucked on blackscreen because you need to pay for it
