Am from Somalia. I did Competency interview Question ( CBI)
In the interiew Room i expereince challenges.
The panel were asking QUESTIONs in away that i have never met.

For Example
One the Panel Asked me
"Please tell us about a situation you worked under pressure and how you handled it."
Without hesistation I answered the question using my expereince story in my previous projecta did and also used STAR techniques.

Uncompletion my story
One of the panel ask me what action did you make .
2n panel asked me the outcome.
I was very much confused.

It is there another way Interviewers ask CBI QUESTIONS other than creating ones own story to share with the interviewers.

I understand that applying for a job on the company page, on a job search website (indeed, monster, etc) or find/contact the hiring person (you recommended this) are different methods. Should I give my resume and cover letter to all 3 options, which lead to duplicates but more chance of being seen, or should I stick with 1-2 of those methods?
