Chicken Cleaning Process
1. Squeeze the juice of 1 sour orange and 3-4 limes over the chicken.
2. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of salt over the meat.
3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight. If that's not possible, allow it to sit for 2-3 hours to absorb the flavors.
4. After marinating, pour boiling hot water over the chicken and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
5. Proceed with the next steps to prepare your teriyaki chicken wings.

Ingredients and Measurements for Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cups water
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon cornstarch or flour
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Ingredients and Measurements for Chicken:
1 small chicken or 1 regular-sized chicken Maggi cube
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning

Bake for 40 minutes at 385 degrees, turning halfway through. Broil on low for the last 5 to 7 minutes.
