Well... If you survive the crash besides the fine, depending on the consequences of your action, you could be convicted for manslaughter... That's why no matter what type of vehicle it is, your best take is to change lanes and stay away from trouble! :)

Are you serious, your commentary says to keep clear of Authorised Vehicles only, no mention of any other vehicle, which implies, by omission, you don't have to move over for an UN-authorised vehicle! Can you see that, your commentary, or the law written for the Move Over Law is flawed. So, as a result I am taking the piss out of you and your law. Any decent litigator would get me off without a trial. So change the law to, "if you see any vehicle in the emergency lane, move over..blah blah
