Valcori Demo - tender management

Показать описание
This demo introduces users to Valcori, an online application designed to improve tendering operations for both suppliers and buyers.
Features and Highlights 🚀:
• Accessibility: Valcori is accessible online through a web portal. Users simply sign in using an email address and password.
• Profile and Teams: After logging in, users land on the homepage. They can access their profiles, where one can be a part of multiple teams. Teams can represent different spending categories, or even different countries.
• Supplier Management System: Valcori offers a basic supplier management feature. Users can maintain a list of suppliers with details like first name, last name, company name, and email.
• Tendering System: Within Valcori, a tender consists of multiple requests or rounds. The rounds serve as filters, narrowing down the pool of suppliers through the tendering process.
• Tender Overview: The dashboard shows an overview of all tenders, highlighting start and end dates, tender status, and supplier participation details.
• Member Access: Users can grant specific access to team members for individual tenders, allowing collaboration with colleagues from other departments.
Types of Requests: Valcori offers two types of requests:
• Questionnaire (RFI): A series of questions, either multiple-choice or open-ended. There's a built-in automatic scoring system based on weights and scores assigned to questions.
• Sheet (Similar to RFQ): Used for numerical data collection. It functions similarly to a mini Excel within the platform, with features like input restrictions, column hiding, and data entry.
Document Exchange: Apart from the in-built questionnaire and sheets, users can exchange documents, upload, and share them with suppliers.
• Supplier Follow-Up: The system shows a detailed status of each supplier, including their progress and response. Users can send reminders to suppliers who have yet to respond.
• Reporting: Valcori offers a reporting function, where users can view supplier responses, score them, and highlight any red flag answers. Reports can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
The Valcori system is designed to be intuitive, allowing for smooth tendering operations and ensuring all information is easily accessible and comparable.
