it’s such a popular children song in Korea, it used kind of as a counting game. so I thought it was very cool that they combined this iconic game with the commercial.

Good or not is subjective but marketing strategy wise it is genius move. Incorporating Korean culture ( Korean eenie meenie moe melody and lyric that literally says coca cola Mashita) as a commercial song for KOREA coca cola zero campaign. In a away they just focusing on Korean target market with this peak Korean inside joke commercial song. So for me the name dropping in the chorus is justified.

bro you can't be expecting a PROMOTIONAL AD SONG to not mention the company name. if ya'll judge the song with a prejudice of "It's a NEW JEANS song for coca cola" rather than "it's a new jeans song for COCA COLA" which it literally is. it's awesome af. it's so annoying to me when people are so conservative when it comes to new sounds. like how yall hated o.o because it was too "choppy and random" when it sounded such a bop. and the chorus here isn't even like a random blaackpink filler lyric either, it has a meaning to it asw, making it an even recognisible song+ad. sounds like absolutely astonishinf advertisement right there. it's not a SONG. it's an ADVERTISEMENT

It definitely grew on me. It helps that it’s not THAT weird to name-drop Coca-Cola in a song. It’s a drink that is kind of ingrained in many societies. I myself associate Coke with good memories and nostalgia.
