Google Pixel Watch 3 Review (45mm) | Is it worth it?

This is my Pixel Watch 3 Review after wearing it for one month. Google finally released a 45mm along side the 41mm. In this video, I’ll cover the Pixel Watch 3 performance, battery life, and design, and share what I love and dislike to help you decide if this is worth the upgrade.

The 45mm Pixel Watch 3 version feels comfortable on the wrist despite its size and weight. The sleek, curved display looks great, but the larger size makes it more prone to dings and scratches—something I’ve experienced firsthand. If you're opting for this model, I recommend a protective case like the Ringke all-black case for extra durability. There are a few pixel watch 3 accessories.

The Pixel Watch 3 has a bright OLED LTPO display, which offers a dynamic refresh rate and goes up to 2000 nits of brightness. This larger screen provides more information at a glance, making it easier to type and view content. While the design hasn't changed much, the improved rotating crown now has better resistance and provides smoother scrolling through the UI. The haptics feel top-notch, especially when controlling music, receiving notifications, or using alarms. Google also added new health features like body temperature sensing and automatic bedtime mode, with the fitness tracking powered by Fitbit offering precise insights for users into their wellness.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor and running on Wear OS 5, the Pixel Watch 3 delivers fast performance with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The Pixel Watch 3 battery life is impressive in both sizes. The larger 45mm model boasts a 420mAh battery, offering nearly 2 days of usage even with the always-on display. While the GPS and fitness tracking has improved, there are still some minor drawbacks, like the absence of a pinch gesture for quick replies and a theater mode timer. Overall, the Pixel Watch 3 is a polished smartwatch with strong health tracking, smart features, and smooth integration into the Google ecosystem, making it a top pick for Android users.

I have the PW3 45mm and it gets 3 days of battery life with AOD on and 4 days of battery life with AOD off in battery saving mode. I do like the simplicity of the watch and the larger size. I can't speak for the health and fitness features as I don't use those amd those were immediately disabled as I personally find them a gimmick.

The 45mm does look a little too big. Debating on the champagne gold or silver 🤔

I have the 45mm LTE versi9n and i never use AOD or wifi and i get 3.5/4 days use always. I only use a screen protector. The edge protectors look bulky and horrible.

That edge protector is horrible as it highlights the bezel unlike with no guard does not high light the watch bezel
