These are cruise missiles CH-101, when approaching the target, the projectile is accelerated to supersonic speed. Balistic mssiles NEVER hit the target horizontally, always vertically.

This is not Kinzhal. Kinzhal flies much faster than this projectile. I only saw the video, a fraction of a second of Kinzhal's flight. It is almost or totally impossible to see it with the naked eyes.

Kinzhal would be glowing yellow because of the friction against the atmosphere and it would be coming down on the target from above as it is a ballistic missile.

This was one of Russia's cruise missiles which fly horizontally, with some versions being able to initiate a supersonic sprint in the terminal approach to the target, as it was in this case.

Cool stuff as long as you are not on the receiving end.
