Thank you for your help in helping me achieve a good flat iron technique and being honest about it, it cost less and more affordable than going to a good salon having it done. I can't afford $100.00-$150.00 for having my hair flat ironed by a professional. The best salon in my town costs a lot of money just for a wash-and-set.

I’ve literally spent the last day searching around for the _4c best heat protectant spray_ to do my silk.. then I heard you said your used “No heat protectant”… I’m like whaa??!! Maybe heat protectant are just another one of those exaggerated marketing gimmicks… especially with silk press where it’s only meant to be done every 2 weeks to 2 months.

Also… when you read the ingredients of some of the other prep products most silk presses use, they are contained within the heat protectant anyhow! (I know this from spending the last day searching lol)
