The government needs to have public funds limited for lawsuits. They use our own money against us without limits. This is not equitable.

ATF is not needed and needs to be completely defunded.

The ATF's potential overreach has long been a concern for gun owners.

Congress should have stepped in years ago stopping the ATF's infringement. Sure, the scotus is getting involved, but we need congressional action against these tyrants.

Here is the problem: The reason we have government is to protect our God given rights. Why is it that our tax dollars are used to pay the salaries of those who seek to overthrow our rights, our tax dollars are used to pay THEIR legal expenses, we have to pay our own legal expenses, and even when we win in court, not only do those who have violated our rights not go to prison, they still have their jobs, and we continue to pay their salaries. Am I the only one who sees a problem here? Are there any countries around the world who are working day and night to undermine our freedoms" I can only think of one, and that one is headquartered in Washington, DC.

Aren’t these ATF cases now mute due to the ruling in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, it struck down Chevron deference. Which these cases were part of ATF overreach in deciding what is & isn’t law & or course they have no place in that matter. So cases should be thrown out on the bases of the above named action.

Like it or not, America basically started because of gun control. Taxation was certainly an issue but it wasn’t until the red coats tried to disarm the colonist at Concord and Lexington and the colonist had enough and basically declared war on England with “The shot heard around the world”. The right to free speech may be the first Amendment, but the right of the People to keep and bear arms was the first actual right acknowledged and defended. And rights have no meaning unless one is willing and able to defend them. I once heard that when an American president talks gun control, the American people re-arm themselves… ya gotta love this country.

What part about shall not be infringed is ambiguous? My state says shall never be questioned. I'm not sure where the confusion lies, but I sure know where the treason and unlawfulness sits.

You must never comply with tyrants. They don't have the manpower or resources to enforce any of this. Especially to 200 plus million gun owners.

Losing chevron deference is going to cripple aft making bullshit rules like this.

Constitutional rights should be decided every time they reach SCOTUS . Rights shouldn’t be bounced back and forth.

Chevron was just struck down. ATF can't make their own rules now.

With the latest Chevron Deference ruling should make this null and void

It’s about time these federal agencies were reined in.

Didn't SCOTUS toss out Chevron Deference? I wonder how that's gonna affect this case moving forward. ATF will have zero wiggle room to say they're enforcing the law if they're ignoring the plain text of the law in favor of an interpretation.

How many times does something has to be struck down before the a t.f. gets it! This crap doesn't make any sense how they could just keep trying until they get a judge that is sympathetic to them that's nonsence

Very surprised you haven’t mentioned the whole chevron deference ruling. That’s been the hot topic lately in the 2A community
