Who is Kash Patel, the new FBI Director?

Kashyap Pramod Patel, widely known as Kash Patel, has become the first Indian-American to head the Federal Bureau of Investigation, America's leading law enforcement agency. Patel was confirmed as the head of FBI by a 51-49 senate vote on Thursday, with two Republican Senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski going against their party to oppose his confirmation. He replaces Christopher Wray whom Trump picked in 2017.
