Residents think Mayor Chow and city council are 'out of touch': poll

Nearly two thirds of Torontonians say local elected officials don't know about their wants and needs, according an exclusive Manu Public Opinion Poll. Mark McAllister reports.

The best example of this is Councillors wanting to rename Dundas street, TTC stations and libraries with the name Dundas in it while axing wifi access on all subway stations in the TTC system.😂😂

Mayor Chow's office response: Change more street signs, attend a parade, raise taxes again, defund police, extend Gardiner and Eglinton construction 5 years, more bike lanes, start taxing people in tents, make a new ethnic holiday.

If the Federal and Provincial governments stopped the purse strings things would change VERY fast. Anytime there is budget shortfalls the Feds and Province comes to the rescue and that needs to end.

Of course, Toronto would be a "world-class" city if you ask someone from a third world country. Ask those from real world-class cities like London, Paris, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, or even Montreal and you will get a different answer!
