Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie - a healthy thick and creamy protein peanut butter banana smoothie! A great way to kick-start your day!
✔️Save the recipe for later!
INGREDIENTS
1 dl oats (you can soak them in the milk for a few hours first) (0,4 cups)
1 banana frozen or fresh
150-180 ml oat, soy, almond milk or a creamy greek yoghurt (3/4 cup)
2-3 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring or/and 1 tbsp raw cocoa or 1 tbsp honey
✔️Blend all of the ingredients until the smoothie is creamy and lump free.
✔️Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
