One of the best guests in the show, it's great to see a guy as passionate (or even more) as Jay

You have to admit, this GTO looks really good as she rolls down the road. A really great car and definitely deserves to be a classic!

I think this was probably one of the best Jay Leno episodes... The back and forth and talking and movie making and... And works it went into trying to replicate and restore the scar was truly amazing... My kudos to Jay Leno... I have found is series on Cars one of the most interesting and involving video things I have ever seen...

I am DEFINITELY a "Pontiac Guy". Pop had a '66 GP. 389/4bbl. We had a '63 Catalina 389/2bbl and a '72 Catalina. 400/2bbl. Drove my '99 GTP today after a new Optima red top install (only 70, 000 miles on it) and my daily is the '05 GP GT2 I inherited from Pop when he passed at 93 in 2015. IT has 27, 000 miles on it! Pissed me off to no end when GM killed Pontiac!

Not even the director put this much thought into triple X .

What is it with people complaining about almost every guest on the show? You complain when someone doesn't talk enough, or talks too much, or says a phrase too frequently, or isn't cheery enough for your liking, or doesn't know every detail about their car, or make a mistake, or sweats too much. Good grief you don't have to put every negative thought you have into words guys.

Always nice to have a real car enthusiast in the garage, a real car guy. Thanks, Jay.

The best part is Thom and Jay are both laughing about this car. You could tell Jay was having fun. He enjoyed the engineering aspect of the car and liked that it wasn’t just a car in a CGI movie.

Smoky and the Bandit must be this guy's favorite movie of all time! Because a Pontiac is the star of the movie.

Jay's patience is the key feature in this video. 😆

I so miss stacked headlights and pop up headlights, Pontiac was a great brand with a Rich history . The GTO was an elegant muscle car .

Jay, "Other than that it's pretty much a stock GTO." LOL

This guy answered every question I could ever think of to ever ask. It was nice of him to let Jay come on *HIS* show.

I love how Jay steers a conversation. This guy is given too much detail on the car and Jay is doing his best to limit this guy and enjoy the ride.

The 66 & 67 GTO and the 70 - 72 Olds 442 W30 were the best Styles GM cars from that era
