Great video Jeff. That looks like a very nice window, one I would like to know more about.

I was interested in a fiberglass window from another well-known manufacturer, and while I liked the look, when I saw the window in person, I noticed how thin the walls of the frame were and they seemed flimsy as I operated the window. The manufacturer hyped up the tensile strength, but that made me feel like they were not telling everything about the sturdiness of the window. Ultimately, I ended up going with a thermally broken aluminum window. But it's good to know there is a company making a thicker fiber product.

Thanks Jeff. I enjoy your videos. You had me sold on Anlin Vinyl. Heeeyy, but I live in San Francisco. I'm in a battle with our Planning Commission over replacing existing vinyl with vinyl. It's beyond ludicrous (and Im a county employee). Planning's guidelines focus on historic Queen Anne homes. We were built in 1989. We don't want passerby's on street level to be offended that it's not wood. We must choose between wood, aluminum and fiberglass. We head back to Permit Office this week. If I don't prevail on vinyl any recommendations on good fiberglass (which oddly, from the street looks no different than Vinyl) along with FiberFrame. I want same functions I have now; double hung, tilt in for cleaning. Again much thanks. I'm close to throwing in the towel and leave the failed windows in place.

How do they compare with the price of Impervia?

Question Jeff? They don’t use Cardinal Glass? How thick is the frame? I’ve learned so much from your videos and I’ve learned the thinner the frame the more glass and benefits the homeowner receives! Thanks

In your opinion Jeff, what black window would you recommend? I know you have Pella for your self. Now what you know what black window especially in hot climate. Price don’t matter.
