Facts, If I speak to a woman at work, only when my bosses can visibly see us talk. I dont want to trigger her memories in any way.

When I'm at work, if I have to get in an elevator and a female walks in and no one else, I wait for the next one. If I'm already in by myself and a female walks in I back all the way up to the furthest corner with my hands visible, or if possible I'll just get off at that floor and catch the next one. Also I work in an environment where masks are still mandatory and something I realized when the masks first became a thing is you can really notice the amounts of dirty looks and eyerolls you get just looking in a woman's general direction. So yeah, I grant their wish and just stay away from them.
