Introducing VCT Game Changers

VCT Game Changers is a new program which will supplement the competitive season by creating new opportunities and exposure for women and other marginalized genders within VALORANT esports. The competitive VALORANT community is both diverse and incredibly global, and our esport should reflect that. Through Game Changers, we hope to build towards a VALORANT Champions Tour that is more inclusive and representative of our community.

if you don't like this or support this then you're prob sexist. especially considering this won't affect you in any shape or form. why would you hate something that is bringing positive impacts to people that won't affect you or anyone for this matter negatively.

what is the disadvantage if you're a girl?

While women are definitely harassed more in-game than men, they don't have an automatic disadvantage. In order to still be top tier at the game, they still have to play ranked and grind the game when not scrimming, which means they are still as exposed to the same harassments than if they played in mixed tournaments with both male and females. I don't personally think it's a bad thing, just not really needed.
