English translation:
Shri Krishna was alone with no one else around,
While he sat by the river,
A hunter mistook Krishna's feet as a deer,
And shot an arrow to his feet,
Whose life did he take? What sins did he commit?!
He resented his act & asked for forgiveness,
After that he cremated Krishna's body,
But no matter how much he burnt his heart, it wouldn't burn,
Hearts not made of flesh, but of a strange metal,
It vibrates when it's hit by a light source,
He then tied this metallic heart in a piece of wood,
And let it float away in the river
The King of Puri was a huge devotee of Lord Krishna,
And he learnt about the heart in his dreams,
He found it and wanted to build a idol around it,
But none of the architects could make the idol,
So, Vishwakarma came to his rescue and told the king,
That he will build the idol but he has to be left all alone for 21 days,
He won't need food or water, which was agreed upon,
But the queen got scared in 14 days and,
She opened the door thinking Vishwakarma has died,
But there was no one inside and the idols were incomplete,
The heart was inside the idol but there were no hands and feet,
And every 12 years this wooden idol is changed and the heart is transferred to a new idol
