I think it came off your face easier because of the products already on your face I assume you do have on because you do have a dewy shine on your face so your skin had a barrier layer so the tint wasn't on your skin and your arm looked dry so didn't have that barrier layer protecting it also could be because oils help remove products so if you have oil on your face it would of been easier to remove the tint that way

I read years ago that stains and dyes don’t stick to our face long term because the molecules in our face are too small. It definitely checks out with things like henna. It sticks for weeks on my arms and hands but when I dye my hair with it and get the pigment all over my forehead and neck, it never stains 😂 Same when I swatch cheek-stain on my arms vs my actual face. It sticks to my face pretty well but it also comes off very easily compared to the rest of my body. Wow that hs bio lesson really paid off 😂

they recommend to apply with a brush or beauty blender so that you don’t stain your fingers and avoid getting an uneven finish

In all fairness... it's the thick layer of moisturizer you clearly have on your face before applying the tints that's making them come right off.
