"Underrated rim protector" bro... thank you... i've been trying to tell people this but someone watched one game of Sengun defensively during the Silas era (where he was mainly getting destroyed in drop coverage) and said he's a terrible rim protector and now everyone just rolls with that take.. that's just not the case. His measurables wont favor it and he may not be as quick getting up but his strength allows him to stay in the paint with bigger guys and make it difficult for them. Thanks for mentioning that

Love that you added the Bible verse at the end of your video! I’m subbed for that alone, and I’m a big 🚀s fan!

Thank you so much for this great video. It important to mention that Tari Eason who only played a handful of games last season due to injury, is the most impactful player in the team, so surprised you didn't talk a little bit about what he means to this team.

Reed Sheppard seems to me built in a lab. The shooting, the passing, the court vision, the court generalship, the feel for the game, the unselfishness, the tempo, the three level scoring, and the list go on. He will be ROTY and he will be a factor for the Rocket get the 7-5 seed in the loaded west.

Oh yeah, Amen has one of the best court vision of any player in the league and he's a great passer but he definitively isn't a PG at least not any time soon but throw him at the SF position and he one of the most dominant player in the league. The difference with him playing 1 vs 3 is light and shadow.

As a Rockets fan, I’m excited. I don’t think every team can match the future the Rockets have. They have potential, but it’ll be tough for them to make the playoffs or the play-ins because of how LOADED the West is.

Jabari Smith Jr is basically just a rich man's Anthony Randolph.

I was looking forward to see shepard play with sengun as I thought they could do some real plays with their attributes but by the way things go these days, sengun might be better of leaving if the franchise doesn't give him the value he deserves

Amen Thomson is not the future PG. i wish you guys would stop saying that. They’re not putting him there. Keeping him at 3

Who has a better record this year in the 2024-2025 szn Houston or GSW?

Hot take Reed Sheppard reminds me Jamal Murray and I’ve been saying that while he was still in Kentucky. Jamal is a bit more shifty and creative with the ball. But, there shot diet is similar and they both are more combo gaurd then real Pg

If 2 players played up to their potential along with Sengun they will be scary but that’s an IF and it’s fair to assume that one or two out of Green, Smith, Eason, Cam, Amen, or Sheppard will make a jump.

The Rockets are loaded with young talent. It's one of the most loaded young cores I've ever seen. The reason I think OKC have the edge is because all of their guys fit almost perfectly whereas in Huston, it's just a collection of the best possible young players they could get on draft night. OKC have a very good complimentary big 3. Shai is a combo guard, J Dub is a combo forward and Chet is a stretch 5. They can all defend, playmake and shoot and they never get in each others way. J Dub and Chet are both very good on or off the ball so whether Shai is on the court or not, they can still be effective. and they'll be able to pay all three of those guys for as long as they want to stay. After those guys you have the likes of Dort, Wallace, Wiggins and Joe who wont be anywhere close to most of Houston's young guys but they are all very good defenders, shooters or both which is what you want from your 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th guys. Houston wont be able to keep all their guys because most of them will become guys who could be a second or third guy on a team if not a number one and they will want to be paid that kind of money and if Houston wont pay them someone else will. If they pay Sengun and Green max contracts then they can maybe afford two more maxes if they sacrifice depth. They'll be in a Denver situation. Or they can max out three guys and have a deeper roster. Either way some of their young guys will end up leaving for sure. They just need to make sure they pay the right guys. Maxing out Green could prove very bad if Reed Sheppard becomes a star and they're already well into the salary cap when he's due his.

It's time to put Jalen Green as 6th man leading the bench, he'll be great there. This is not to demean him. Think of Manu and Clarkson. Both are proficient leading the bench and then sticks to the final minutes of the game.

Tari healthy, Green consistent, Cam a top 6th man and rockets top 5 in the west, also Jabari gotta find his role

People don’t know that we didn’t had Tari Eason majority of the season and he was playing restricted minutes when he was on the floor and he still made huge defensive difference when he was on the floor while Amen was not even a factor in Rockets rotation. Rockets were top 10 defense last season and we gonna add Tari and Steven Adam on the mix along with offensive utility that Reed will be bringing. Since west is so tough we gotta be top 5 defense just be in play in conversation next season unless one of our young players break out terms of offensively

Fvv, Amen, Brooks, Bari, Sengun
Reed, Jalen, Cam, Tari, Adams
Holiday, Griffin, Tate, uncle Jeff, Jock.
We have a squad. I'd like to see Jalen as sixth man. This is where he can contribute and it's what he was meant to be. He doesn't have what it takes balls, toughness, killer instinct, IQ to be Kobe, of Jordan, Or Antman. He is a glorified 6th man. Jalen will excel off the bench against 2nd teams.

Won 41 games last year and we did that with Jalen being awful most of the year and we didn’t have Tari.

If Jalen can stay consistent with him along with the rest of our young talent along with Fred and Dillion we could definitely be a top 6 team in the west. At worst we are getting one of the play in spots
